-
A referral form including risk assessment will be completed
-
A discussion with the centre manager and a subsequent contact meeting will be scheduled
-
Once a contact agreement has been signed by all parties, contact sessions will commence. Details of the agreement will be sent to the referrer.
-
The Service will be reviewed as per the contact agreement

A meeting will be held with you before the supervised contact sessions commence, providing the opportunity to meet the centre manager and the supervisors who will be taking part in the sessions. At this initial meeting the entire process will be explained and any questions answered. A contact agreement will be signed which outlines dates, times and guidelines for the service.
